Symptom
The “Transaction is timeout” error occurs when you run a Cloud App and execute a database operation.

Cause
The “Transaction is timeout” error only occurs during the short period when the transaction has actually timed out but it not automatically cleared yet.
Currently, PowerServer automatically clears time-out transactions every 60 seconds.
When transaction is cleared, the error that pops up in the Cloud App will change to “Transaction does not exist”.
Therefore, users will sometimes see “Transaction is timeout” and sometimes see “Transaction does not exist.”
