Symptom
After PowerBuilder is upgraded to 2022, the DataWindow with Arial font displays correctly in print preview mode. However, the font looks like Courier New when printed with Kyocera printers.
Note: There is no such issue with Canon printers, Microsoft Print to PDF or when exported to PDF.

This problem has been fixed in PowerBuilder 2022 Build 1900.
Cause
There is a compatibility issue between PowerBuilder 2022 and the old driver of Kyocera printers (such as Kyocera ECOSYS M6635cidn KX or Kyocera FS-4200DN).
Resolution
Update the driver of your Kyocera printers to the latest version (e.g.: upgrading the driver from PCL5 to PCL6).
