Symptom
PowerBuilder IDE crashes when users try to open a DataWindow.
Environment
PowerBuilder 2021
Cause
There are PowerBuilder Runtime files (*.dll) of other versions in the directory where the PowerBuilder application resides. For example, there are PowerBuilder 2019 Runtime files (*.dll) in the PowerBuilder 2021 application’s directory.
Resolution
Delete all the PowerBuilder Runtime files (*.dll) from the directory where the PBT/PBL files reside.
