Symptom
When configuring a PowerServer Project’s database provider, if you choose a database type and the corresponding database driver has not been installed before, you will be prompted with the first screenshot below.
If you browse and choose it locally and click OK, it will say that the driver is loaded successfully. But then you may get the error in the second screenshot, saying that it cannot the specific version of the driver file.

PowerServer 2022 GA
Cause
This issue is due to an error copying the driver file.
Resolution
Users can manually copy the correct driver file to PowerServer Project’s driver loading folder: C:\Users\%user_home%\.netdbdrives\oracle\%driver_version%
